Near Real-Time Reporting for Property Managers

Background

• Customer is looking for a solution that gives the ability to report on Journal Balances and Subledger Details, especially at Month End.

• Data has to be refreshed during Month End at Regular Intervals

• Reports should be sent to different property managers at month-end for verification

Challenge

• As the customer is trying to improve the close process, ability to reconcile and report on the Journals Balances and Subledger Details during Month-End became a bottleneck
• ERP is not performing well especially during month-end while running the sub ledger reports
• None of the built-in options or third-party tools did meet their expectation

Solutions

• Kenfront proposed to use Incorta and use the pre-built adapter for Oracle Fusion

• Custom Data Model is built to meet the specific needs of Customer

• Power BI is used for self-service data visualization to enable ad-hoc and enterprise level reports and dashboards.

Result

• After the initial successful POC the customer agreed to move forward with an implementation with Incorta Cloud

• Live with Incorta Cloud for past 1 year
